the title says it all...fast-pace, adrenaline pumping, heart beating, sticks slashing, players pushing, goalie diving and catching, players sweating, referee blowing and coaching shouting! another good show put up by inne again!well done guys!
many would agree that this is another exciting game as the score line were so close.with both teams giving their best on the court.if those supporters were to pay to watch this match it will be worth their money!anyway sometimes I wish I'd sit at the supporters' bench to watch how well inne play. nonetheless last night's match was a great one!
the game started off with the "elite line" having control of the game the first few minutes.nice passes and good positioning by them!but that doesn't last long before we could score any goal. the Spartans started to pressure the defense which made them conceded the first goal of the match.being down with one goal we never give up.however that doesn't stop inne from attacking back those brave soldiers! a very well played by inne's Captain, Ephraim who scored a superb goal against Sharron a.k.a "Kung Fu " goalie. TAKE THAT! but not forgetting the one who passed the ball to him.( honestly it was a blind pass).i could only hear him calling me=P) but if it makes to the back of the net who cares~HAHA. our spirits were lifted up and we are eager to fight back evenmore! 1-1
however the defender just could not shield the "slashes"(in terms of war, not stick) of the Spartans which they managed to put the ball at the back of our net.aih..silly mistakes from our defense again.(but you guys did a great job) they were bloody aggressive! no wonder they call themselves Spartans!nice name!2-1
and again..inne just allow the Spartans to get the fame from the supporters.3-1. the game is getting more intense as inne fighting back as we know at the back of our mind we gotta win this match to secure for gold. with our Coach linken(which we imported from Shaolin, China) made some changes to the players inne played even better! well the elite line aren't elite anymore.
the rising star and the only representative from sali(used to, but an inne now) Andrew scored a goal for inne!followed by a hit-in from the corner of the Spartans' side made by Sam to Daniel.ssuuppp...there goes the ball right inside the goal.another great drag shot by him.clap clap.3-3. the mental of Spartans seems to dropped off a bit after conceding 2 goals in a row inne continue to take this advantage to attack even more furiously.
with inne gaining a free-hit about 10 meters from the goal we position ourselves to score.Sam and Nic were standing with their butt facing the wall(we jus wana let you smell). a gentle touch from Sam and a quick "Snake turn" by Nic which give inne the lead 3-4..woohoo!!! 3 goals in one row! I believe the Spartans could feel the pain in their wounds.
half time!coaches from both teams giving out their opinions while trying to rest at the same time(wonder how they do that?no wonder they call themselves coach)haw haw haw
face off! the score line did not stay for long.soon enough the Spartans were leading again after a great goal from one of their "soldier"(i wonder what's his pangkat) surely they gained semangat after "singing and shouting their "anthem"..."Spartans..... What is your profession?...Floorballers"!!!( i wonder why it is not Soldiers!)hehe ..well its up to them right?
as time was runing out inne gave their best shot!a great goal which saved the day was by Andrew.the gaya-ness he score can just melt innocent girls' heart! stop the ball with his feet,a slap shot taken right at the top corner of the goal post!fulamak~! world class man!
the final whistle was blown and the game ended.everybody seems to be happy with their game!
inne!don't lose heart guys.its just a game.most important is to keep the vision!continue to train hard and give our best!
