Innebandy!Co Returns

Before the start of the game, coaches from both teams were giving their final strategy and teamtalk to motivate their players. It's an important match for both teams, as the winner of the game will take the top spot of the league.

Period 1
Innebandy!Co 1 V 0 Contact
Deswyn

From the first whistle till the last whistle both teams really fought like there's no tomorrow. It's different from the Contact they used to play. Tight defense and a controlling game is how they play it now. Nonetheless, Inne managed to put the ball in the net first and it was a superb goal by Deswyn. Making a quick turn and a fast wrist shot. 1goals isn't enough to secure this game as Contact really push and had a couple of goal scoring opportunities. Referees were really tested in this game as players from both teams were aggresive and some 'cunning'.

Period 2
Innebandy!Co 2 V 1 Contact
David
Ephraim

Second period is not less exciting than the first one. But we can see that physical fitness is most tested in this period. Game pace is still fast and tactical. Lot of shots taken. Defense of Inne were a little lose causing a number of goal scoring opportunity in the danger zone. But Contact didn't managed to capitalised on this opportunity. Many good attempts though. Inne still hungry for more goals pushing up high and the poor defence of Contact contributed another goal to Inne. This time is David who scored the second goal. He received the ball and sssuuuuupppppp. It's a goal! No mistake. Nice! Few minutes later Edward scored a goal for contact. It's a defensive error as the goalie was blocked by Sam. (Ha!Ha!Ha!) Inne still searching for 1 more as it's reaching the final second. Another mistake in Contact's defense, Inne's captain, Ephraim was open and he calmly release the ball to the bottom of the goal! Another nice shot by Inne.

Final Score
Innebandy!Co 3 V 1 Contact

It's arguably the best match of the league so far. And I'm pretty sure both teams will continue to work on their strengths and weaknesses before they meet again. Keep it up Innebandy!Co.
