The excitement of Youthwave has come again! With more sports involved this year it will be a bigger event! It is a bold step taken by Youthwave to introduce another two new sports in this yearly event namely Captain Ball and Ultimate Frisbee. Great job done by them! Hope the harvest are plentiful this time!
Innebandy has not failed to make its appearance in this tournament and it has been the one our players look forward to the most! However this time around Innebandy only managed to send in two teams for floorball due to most people prefer to play captain ball. I mean lets see it this way, we are young people and we are always wanting to try new things. So that explains the reason why there is a significant drop in the number of teams participating. It is the first time Captain Ball will be played in a real tournament style (in penang at least) with official referees. Of course we wana try it! However I myself would like to try Frisbee as i think it is more challenging. But sadly nobody wants to join me =(
Another sad thing would be that Innebabes will not make their presence felt in this tournament as we were not able to get enough people to play! swt~ its only 6 person per team. Where are all the babes?? But there is a good news! Salibandy for the first time will be sending their ori Salichicks to town! woohoo..great work from Salibandiens! Keep it up.
